You seem like you've improved quite a bit as a player lately which is good. 

My question is what is your plan of action for getting tier X's? You don't appear to even be close to any of the Tier X's you've listed.

Overall I think he's probably worthy of bringing on board as a good enough player/chip as long as he shows the ability to grind the necessary tanks to compete in CW (if that's where we are headed)

Otherwise he has some strong SH tanks and decent damage in them.

Overall if this were my decision I would approve under the condition he is watched and ensured further success by a recruiter or some other officer. Also get a Type 64... they are OP in Tier VI SH, but... that's just me.

So while you do meet requirements, I would definitely like to play with you and don't knock the 4202, you'll find that many people in this group appreciate its capabilities. But if you want to hop on, I would gladly see what's up.
